Author notes provided by Syndetics

Before writing "Brilliant Answers to Tough Interview Questions" Susan Hodgson ran a university careers service and worked closely with students preparing them to take many of the tests covered here and helping them to deal with the results. She also worked closely with employers, in many instances helping them to use her practising students as guinea pigs for some of their aptitude test development. Susan's own first degree is in psychology and she now works as an independent careers consultant and writer.
