This is the story of a deep sea tug, which later became the world's most accomplished expedition yacht. Launched during 1973 as Simson, she spent the next twenty years braving the worst of the world's weather rescuing ships between towing assignments. She was converted during 1993/94 and her name changed in 1996 to Lone Ranger.
