Contemporary issues in audit management and forensic accounting, c. 2020 b.p. (Prof. Peter J. Baldacchino is an Advisor to Rector – Financial Affairs and Head, Accountancy Department, F.E.M.A, University of Malta. He holds a PhD as well as an MPhil from Loughborough Business School and is a CPA and ACCA Fellow. He specializes in corporate governance, financial strategy and internal/external auditing with particular reference to small states. He lectures in postgraduate programs and has published in various international journals. He is also Chairperson Accountancy Board (Malta), Group Director of Malta University Companies and Director Central Bank of Malta. He has extensive consultancy experience in the governance of large listed groups and cooperatives, with past positions including chairing audit and risk committees of such entities.)
